The Fae realm

Paranormal Romance
welcome to the realm

Tuatha Dé Danann

A small woman of pure white stood beside you, holding your hand. “Hello, I’m Brigid, The MacDougall Fae, and welcome to my home in the Fae realm.”
She flitted to the ceiling in a tinkling of laughter. “Ye are in the Tuatha Dé Danann castle made of blue Fae crystal constructed at the beginning of time located on the ridge of Broemere, a spiritual location for the Fae. We are in my father Dagda’s throne room but don’t tell him I brought ye here. ’Tis our secret.”
Before you are the floor-to-ceiling balcony that opens out over the cliff to the sea glittering beyond the ridge. In the distance, a dragon roared as he came into view, stared at us, flipped his tail, and flew away. Brigid winked. “Pretty, aren’t they? But the dragon’s stories are for another day.”
She waved, and a chair appeared, one of comfort to take your ease. “Here is where I shall spill our secrets for ye alone. So, stay awhile and learn more about the world of Fae, the MacDougalls, and the Stones of Iona.”

Stones Of Iona

What is the Stone of Destiny?
It’s the coronation stone for Kings and Queens to sit on during their crowning. Queen Elizabeth sat on it, and King Charles did the same.
Some believe that the ‘Stone of Destiny’ was cared for by the Culdees and the priests of Columba on Iona, and King Kenneth MacAlpine moved the Stone in 850 CE. After Iona had experienced many Viking raids, the ‘Stone of Destiny’, together with other sacred objects from Saint Columba’s monastery, needed to be moved to safer locations.MacAlpine brought the Stone to the town of Scone. Scone was an early religious center of the Culdees. The Stone was safe there until 1296 CE when Edward the First moved it to England.
Which Stones Are Which?
The Tuatha Dé Danann, the good Fae, keep and protect the good Fae Stone, Hope, Faith, and Love. After the first Stone Wars, around the 11th-century human realm, the stones were entrusted to the MacDougall clan at Dunstaffnage Castle, hidden there from the Evil Fae, the Fomoire. R
Recently the evil Fae King, Balor, from his prison in the Fae realm, has created three evil Fae Stones to hunt the good stones to gain possession and control both realms. Fear hunts Love, Lust hunts Faith, and Doubt hunts Hope, together the six stones show the Stone of Destiny (not the coronation stone but a magic Iona Stone that holds immense power). Human will and emotion power the stones. In the wrong hands, both realms will fall into chaos.
